Rod Hardy majored in Business, Computer Technology and Software Applications. After serving in Naval Intelligence for 6 years, with tours of duty in Vietnam, he began his career in the computer industry in 1972. Back then, he worked on main frame computers. Since 1982, he has specialized in desktop computing.
Microsoft Certified and A+ Certified, Macroguy, as he is known, has been servicing Hill Country computers since 1992.
Rod is a frequent contributor to Hill Country News & Views, writing tutorials geared to beginner and intermediate computer users. He also lends his expertise to the Wimberley Computer Club.
